李瑞熙,博士,副教授,青年硕士/博士研究生导师。2021年毕业于中国药科大学药学专业,获博士学位,同年加入贵州医科大学,从事教学与科研工作。
主要从事基于荧光成像的药物分析与评价方法研究。围绕疾病发生发展过程中关键分子事件与微环境变化,开展小分子光学探针的设计、合成及其在药理学与病理学中的应用研究。研究聚焦代谢失衡等重要共病机制,结合细胞与动物模型,系统解析关键分子事件在疾病进程及药物干预中的动态变化,并在此基础上构建可视化、可定量的药物评价与高通量筛选新方法。
近年来,主持国家自然科学基金及省部级科研项目多项,在药物分析与分子探针相关领域发表多篇研究论文,已形成较为稳定的研究方向。
在教学方面,承担本科生《药物分析》等课程教学任务,注重科研反哺教学,强化学生科研思维与实验技能培养。指导学生在中国国际大学生创新大赛、全国大学生电子商务“创新、创意及创业”挑战赛等赛事中取得多项省级以上奖励。
