个人简介:贵州省2014年度“百人领军人才”,正在主持或2项国家级研究课题,即国家自然科学基金(NSFC)面上项目和NSFC-山东联合基金重点项目;已主持或承担完成973、863、NSFC、国家“重大新药创制”专项等国家级研究课题21项,省部级研究课题6项。整合形成了以集成化学特性与生物活性为基础的药源微生物“Talented菌株”的快速筛选技术体系;通过发酵优化和结构优化,发现新化合物700余个,其中9个新骨架化合物被Nat Prod Rep选为热点化合物;在《Journal of American Chemical Society》、《Angewandte Chemie International Edition》、《Natural Products Report》、《Organic Letters》、《Journal of Natural Products》等知名学术期刊上发表SCI收录的研究论文213篇,论文他引H-指数为43(Researchgate);多次在国内外的学术大会上作大会报告、邀请报告或会议主持人;获得18件国家授权发明专利。获得2006中国药学会“施维雅青年药物化学奖”,曾担任国家自然科学基金委员会(NSFC)第13、14届医学部药学学科专家组成员(“二审专家”),现任中国菌物学会菌物化学专业委员会副主任、中国海洋湖沼学会微生物海洋学分会常务理事、中国海洋生物化学与分子生物学分会理事、中国药学会海洋药物专业委员会委员、山东省药学会中药与天然药物专业委员会副主任委员、《中国抗生素杂志》编委、《中国海洋药物》杂志编委。
